1. Returns
We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes and ittar. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at support@folia.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@folia.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
